 You also get a tasting in the experimental brewery if go on a tour of the maltings. Not sure how much this costs (I was very lucky to be a guest of some Seattle-based brewers) but an interesting experience. The 'tasting room' is interesting and gives you a good opportunity to taste Weyermann malts in practice, so to speak. I recall the Schlottfergla was a tasty dark beer and also trying an IPA, which was a bit less impressive - but, then, isn't the IPA thing very overplayed?
