 The classic Franconian brewery. Carefully preserved exterior and interior with wooden panels and an oak refridgerator for the (plastic) barrels. Soft, malty and aromatic Vollbier with some chocolate and a pleasant but not bitter aromatic aftertaste. The brewery still uses the old coolship.
