This is one thing done by the CAMRA fanatics that I cannot understand. Serving a beer with Air Pressure is infinitely worse for the beer than using CO2 pressure. I suppose they would rather drink oxidized beer rather than risk tasting a tiny amount of carbonic acid. If they were really purists, they would insist on inert gas pressure (helium, for example).
