Bayerischer Anstich in Bamberg

You mean beer engines? I believe that's a uniquely British invention. ;) Unfortunately. I fantasise about opening up a real ale brewpub here in town where I live (very international, a huge Siemens & Uni presence, plus abominable beer) using beer engines to amaze and mystify the patrons. But alas, I'm not a trained Brauer, so I don't think I could brew my own for sale.
