*www.berwickbrewing.com* We dispense (and sell for take out)some of our beers via Anstich. I think it's the perfect package, but it does need to be consumed within say a 4 hour window or it will be flat. So we have 10,15,20,30 & 50 liter stitchfass for the busy & slow days. In Bamberg, Schlenkerla is Anstich also-in wood. For aging Americans, we can't forget the Golden Gate keg that was used up into the 80's (and later for some micro's). It was tapped (for parties/picnics ) with a top vent and bottom faucet to dispense by gravity. A-B, Falstaff and many others used them.
