http://i33.tinypic.com/vollxv.jpg (from the Witzgall Keller) Yes, it's basically "gravity pour" but with kegs meant to stand up as shown, not lie on their side like in the UK, AFAIK. Others with more detailed technical knowledge might offer more insight than I can. Someone explained the origin of the name here some time ago, I think. AFAIK, it's the same in Düsseldorf and Köln, even though that *ain't* in Bayern.
