| "In my experience from both tap and bottle, it was profoundly dirty and unrefined (severely muddled, unclean, paintlike yeast, husky and papery malt, DMS galore, apple-like, and curiously aimless), as were six other of their creations I tried. " Perhaps you had some old or mistreated bottles. The Zwickel that I had did not have any of those flavors or characteristics. Definitely no DMS or acetaldehyde. |
