 Brown, caramel-sweet Lagerbier with very low carbonation and bitterness. The beer could be more fresh, but it's still very traditional and good.

 Visited some days before Silvester and after Sauna at Staffelstein. Hellmuth brews a honey coloured Helles Vollbier with some bitterness and strength. Liked it much more than the thin beer of the neighbouring brewery. Nothing special, just good pale beer.
