This is exactly the kind of thing I'd like to help the Germans (well the Franconians anyway--or Hessians in Franken) learn about! A followup note about ordering from bierzwerg.de: The Anderson Valley IPA is not very fresh, based on the bottles I got recently. There's no "best by" date (Haltbarkeitsdatum), and it's just not fresh like it should be. So don't order any of that. (Barry, are you joking?)
