 Surprisingly good Hell with a soft, aromatic base and a good hop balance. The Weizen and the Pils have less character. The Kellerbier is more interesting with a tobacco-like aroma and some harshness in the aftertaste. Excellent Franconian food. Nice tap with red-nosed customers.

 The Brauereigaststätte is nice and the basic Franconian food very good. The bottled Vollbier at only 4.5% is flavourful but the bitterness a bit harsh. "Hopfenextrakt" in place of "Hopfen" on the label gives a clue to this.
