So whats your favorite brewery?

Its a hard choice, but mine has to be Spezial. Their rauchbier is not as heavily smoked as Schlenkerla, and I find it more drinkable (though I have consumed mass quantities of both!) I also really like their bock and Ungespundetes. Even their Märzen is good, but I have only had that in bottles (is it ever on tap?) If I could only drink beers from one brewery in Fraconia, it would be Spezial for me.
