So whats your favorite brewery?

I realize that wasn't exactly a precise statement. What I guess I really meant was "Where is your favorite place to drink beer." My favorite non-brewery place is the Spezial Keller, but that may be cheating :) As for the Schlenkerla Märzen, you didn't keep at -- by the fourth or fifth glass you get your "second wind" :)
