SeidlI?!? Vestenberger Dialekt? Splendid to hear all this, especially about the hoppier Pils. I'd be even happier to hear he wants to brew a pale, hoppy, 3.5% English Bitter...I'll give him time to settle in before demanding that though. "Steaming" sounds to this recovering Yank like you were upset. Do Brits say "steamed" when they mean "pissed"--which also means very different things between Yankese and Britese--? I should probably know this already, but is there a Franconian or German expression for "tipped" / "lit up" / "pissed" using "gedämpft"? Or is it from "blau", as in "steamed" or "simmered" ala blaue Zipfel? |
