Zoigl Article, Lautering Terminology

Yes, all the Eschawo zoiglers that I spoke to dry hopped their zoigl in their zoiglstuben. And yes again, Neuhaus zoigl does seem to be more bitter but not, IMHO, what I would call very bitter. My spouse does not like bitter beer too much (brought up on Chester's fighting mild) but likes both Neuhaus and Windisch zoigl. Is the more bitter taste of Neuhaus down to the exclusive use of Pilsner malt?
