Melkendorf [different beer from bottle and barrel?] and Lohndorf

I think that this is a good thing to do.  Of course, we are all influenced by our own taste but it is useful to have other people's opinions, especially as everyone on this Forum loves Franken and Franken beers.  When it comes to taste, Juergen, look at our differences.  Usually, we agree on beers (and like the same kind or places) but, sometimes, we disagree, such as Knoblach!  Generally, I wouldn't be influenced not to visit a brewery by a negative review but it might help me to prioritise visits, particularly as our time is short (compared to a resident).

I don't understand the technical terms so well (had to look up diacetyl) and try just to say whether I loked or not or if there was some really obvious problem.  Also, I think it is useful to report general views and experiences (usually positive but, occasionally, negative like the Griesskeller).

Anyway, just hope to have more lovely day's out together!
