Dumplings

Well, Kloß is usually translated as "dumpling", but there are many kinds of "dumplings", and at least in the USA, most "dumplings" are very different from Kloß. I suppose "potato dumpling" might be better, but, of course, not all Kloß (Klöße) are made from potato.
