Zimmermann is better known as Posterer. Also open is Alter Pfarrhof in Altenstadt (between WEBach and Weiden), run by the couple that also runs Loistl in WEBach. Further possibility: Wolfadl in Falkenberg (train from WEBach to Wiesau, then bus), the second Zoiglstube there. It is also possible to walk to Falkenberg along the Naab river, should be very nice but will take some time.
