Ah, John Willie Lees - real nectar. Interesting your comments, Nick about real ale. This is the sort of thing that I was banging on about a few months ago, after my last visit to Bamberg. I simply can't see the point of going to a lot of trouble to brew good beer then pasteurising it and stuffing it with CO2 on the dispense. I don't care what people say about getting the balance right: I believe that I can always tell when CO2 is used in the dispense and am willing to stake my taste buds to the test!
