Altenburg - Bamberg

When I enter "Altenburg" for the morning of 9 Sept, I get several connexions for 29 € p.p. by ICE, which is significantly faster (and nicer) than going by Bayern & Thüringen tickets, IMO. Likewise for a return on 23 Sept in the morning. Not sure about the bus from Altenburg to the Flughafen though. Normally with ICE tickets, you get a "city ticket" of some kind inluded which allows for travel from the Bahnhof to your final destination by bus, tram, tube, etc. (Or are you not flying INTO Altenburg?)
