mild

I seem to recall an explanation for the CAMRA Derby local pub guide cover - picturing a return system to casks in the cellar, and referring to that as being "tomorrow's mild". However, I do like a mild now and then nowadays - specially dark milds (Bateman's, Thwaites, to name a few).
