Well, I am a vegetarian for 23 years now and never had any problems to get perfectly fine food in franconian brewery pubs. Providing that you're a vegetarian and not a vegan, which means, you have to be able to eat animal protein. Apart from all the fine cheese dishes you simply order a plate of side dishes and you'll get the best food. Jürgen
