Organic / Bio / Öko Shops in Bamberg

If she's into organic cooking and eating, she should definitely check out the ebl and Denn's places, just to see what they're like over here. There are some nice wines there too, but unfortunately bio Bier seems about as lame as organic beer was in Orygun when I lived there years ago. (And the .75L swingtop Prosecco bottles at ebl are *great* for homebrewing.)
