BockbieranstichE, like BierE, WeinE und MilchE, but not Wasser (either no change for the plural or "Wässer"). The plurals are IMO the most aggravating thing about the language. Just not enough rules about how to form them! Note the plural of Bock is Böcke though--umlaut and e at the end.
