Forchheim would keep you occupied, certainly. Four local breweries plus a couple of year-round places in the Kellerwald, and of course trains to, say, Buttenheim, Hirschaid, or even a quick short day trip to that smoked-beer city to the north, just because. You wouldn't lack for choice!
