Labour Day in Germany - May 1st |

| I'm curious as to whether or not the weekend I am arriving in Bamberg (May 2nd I arrive) is a holiday weekend. I noticed from looking at a calendar online that it is a holiday weekend starting May 1st. What I cannot ascertain is if this carries through Monday? In other words would that Monday be considered a holiday? I ask because as you all know many breweries/bier kellers change their closing days from Monday to Tuesday when Monday is a holiday. |
