Labour Day in Germany - May 1st

Yes. The 1th May is a "gesetzlicher Feiertag" (official holiday). But the 1th may is in this year a Wednesday. Only few people partizipate at demonstrations of the unions. But the pubs and biergarten are full of guests as on Sundays..
