beer recipe - will it work? |

Well folks, I'm trying to create my own beer for my next beer- and folk music party in June. The intention is a Spezial Hell with a Rotbier impact. Call it a crossbreed of Spielbacher Spezial, Fischer Wieseth Spezial and Schanzenbräu Rot. My idea is: Hopfen Hersbrucker 70 % Spalter Select 30 % Malz Münchner Malz 45 % Pilsener Malz 45 % Melanoidinmalz 10 % Alkoholgehalt ca. 4,8 – 5,2 % Stammwürze ca. 12 % Bittereinheiten ca. 22 What do you semi-professionals think? Will it work? And if I'm producing something odd - what will it possibly taste like? Thank you lads! |
