beer recipe - will it work?

Needs more hops, obviously! Seriously though, I have {0} experience with lager brewing. I live in Bierfranken, so why would I? Interesting project ... has your mate had the target/model beer in question? Am currently sat at Kitzmann drinking 300 Rotbier in the Sun. No sign of you though!?!
