| I have tasted Porters before from Lausitzer and Klosterbrauerei Neuzelle. Horrible beers that were so sweet and tasted nothing like the true Porters from the UK. Swore I would never drink a German Porter again! It will be interesting to see what kind of interpretation this Porter is. I wrote this style off in Germany as a gimmick beer. I dont know what kind of history in the former DDR this style of beer holds. |
