In Forchheim: Hebendanz Closed?

Thought this topic warranted its own subject line! Discussion with Barry has revealed that the beer is on at the Schlößla tavern up towards Greif, but as this place is closed Mondays, does anyone know where else Hebendanz is on in Forchheim for a Monday visitor? Is it really the brewery that's closed, just the Gaststätte, or ...?
