In Forchheim: Hebendanz Closed? Or Betriebsurlaub?

As I know from painful experience -- nothing like riding your bicycle for many KM, imaging that first sip of refreshing beer, only to have those dreams dashed by a closed brewery -- that this time of year is famous for places closing for an annual holiday.
