Buying a Mifi in Bamberg?

I recall a discussion a couple of years ago about mobile internet access in Bamberg.  I have a US iPhone with T-Mobile, but it is only getting very poor data service ("E").    Is there a store where I can buy a Mifi (mobile wifi hotspot device) that I can use with my iPhone?
