| I am dreaming :-) But I have to say that they are really expensive. There are cheaper (and better) companies. Usually if you have any suitable restaurant with the place for microbrewery, then incl. some small recostructions (of the brewery place, not whole restaurant) could take about 150 000 EUR for system with 10 hl batches, of course depends on the conditions, number of tanks/CKTs etc. I am mostly trying to build my brewery myself (in Prague), I already have some stuff, but I still do not have correct place where to place it. It should be much cheaper (the plan is for 5 hl with possibility to brew 2 batches in parallel). |
