I personally don't like trying to brew with different kind of hops and then calling it as the original one. 
Here we have many examples of "american IPA" where traditional czech hops are used. That's bad. Also we have some breweries that are trying for "german hefeweizen" but they are doing it with bottom fermentation yeast. That is even worse
We also have small breweries that know that "ALE is now wanted, and we could as for more money for it" so they  just brew the regular lager batch, but use some top fermentation yeast. Many of them knows totally nothing about anything else than lager. 

I don't care about the old IPA in England; however I like some of the modern british IPAs.
