"Zoigl" comes to Texas?

Aw, y'all'r just jealous cuz you didn't think of it first.

Really though, the near-hostility here has me scratching my head. I don't see that they're trying to transpose Windischeschenbach to Texas, nor that they're expecting to recreate an authentic experience. They're just taking the idea of a communal brewery, such as only exists in Zoiglland, and creating  a new brewing model based on it at home. Presumably because they *did* get up off their backsides and get 1/3 of the way round the globe to experience it.

I think it's a cool idea, though I certainly would never travel to Texas to experience it authentically! (Would never willingly travel to TX under any circumstances TBH, having lived there as a chillun.) Bet they'd be quite flattered to hear of this in Windischeschenbach.
