Wheat Beer as a Gastronomical Statement

I know lots of people that have problems digesting yeast. I've never heard of anyone having problems with only one kind of yeast (i.e. top fermenting). It just may be that most lagers (even brewpub ones) are filtered so people have never hat the problem with lagers. Of course in Franconia there are lots of unfiltered lagers so we can do a scientific experiment when we are there in the fall :) Plus in Bavaria they drink both wheat beers and lager beers so its probably not that.
