Trivia - A Zwickel is the devices attached to a conditioning tank for pulling off beer samples. Since the tanks are usually under pressure the zwickel provides some resistance so the beer does not come out pure foam. These usually in a spiral shape and have a small bore. So, zwickelbier is beer from a zwickel - straight from a conditioning tank.
