Which Breweries have you stayed at

I stayed at a hotel in Bamberg but ran into a young couple who stayed at Fassla and did not like it. It was Feb. They said the room was cold, the owners were not sympathetic and they checked out the next morning with difficulty. did you have a better experience? Mike
