More Brewery Closings/Max Brau

I visited Max (Werner) Brau with Herr Scheidt in October 1999, and Max was still going strong, though age was catching up with him. The beer was very tasty-an Ungespundetes lager, served in a ceremic stein. And the chicken dinner was as good as promised.
