More Brewery Closings -- What is a brewery?

That brings up an interesting "theological" question -- how much of the process should be done on site in order to call it a "brewery?" I'd say Max qualifies. I know of brewpubs in the US that use malt extract, which is really nothing more than "concentrated wort" As somebody used to say "brewers make wort, yeast make beer."
