| Poppenhausen! I spent time in Schweinfurt also, but I was spoiled by my first tour in Bamberg. Bamberg is the center of the universe. Did a tour in Aschaffenburg too, but nothing ever compare to Bamberg. I like Brauhaus Schweinfurt. I remember it well. Nothing could compare,however, to a gray ceramic liter mug drawn by gravity from a wooden barrel through a brass spigot that was smashed into the keg with a big wooden mallet in a small brewery neighboring Bamberg on a Sunday morning early. |
