Bamberg during midweek

One thing to be aware of is that Schlenkerla is closed on Tuesdays and Klosterbräu is closed on Wednesdays. Other than that, you should be fine. It is not a "night life" kind of place even in the best of times -- except for a few disco type places, the sidewalks are pretty much "rolled up" by midnight (Most of the breweries close at 11pm).
