Best Bamberg hotel for brewery visiting?

Thanks. I'll add it to my list of hotels. I usually try for Spezial or Fässla, but they're often full. Gould to have a backup in the neighborhood. About the National -- does it have an elevator? That sometimes is of concern to people who have trouble with stairs. I usually point those folks to the Ibis -- its centrally located, has a elevator but is perfectly boring :)
