Annafest: newbie questions

I'm currently planning my first visit to Annafest, in July of this year. Some questions: * When is the best time to visit? I imagine it may be very busy on the opening weekend. So I thought maybe I'll visit during the week -- or is the fest too quiet during the week (people back at work?) * What are the opening hours for the kellers? Thanks, Mike
