Depends on the bus. The 8227 to various beery points S of Bamberg stops at the Bahnhof. Various city buses to other beery points depart from ZOB. Depends on where you want to go. I've made a map that I'll email to anyone planning to visit breweries around Bamberg by public transit or bike...my email address is elsewhere in this thread.
