Spezial dispense method

As far as I know the beers are dispensed from tanks. The barrel is fake. Weizen is from the bottle. On the other hand, at the Spezi-Keller the beer is dispensed from the barrel (gravity). I'll be there in 24 hrs, so I can check again.
