That was a lot simpler than I thought. Information about regional buses can be found on the website of Omnibus Verkehr Franken (www.ovf.de) More specifically you'll find the timetables here: http://www.ovf.de/linienverkehr/fahrplaene/ Specifically the ones around Bamberg: http://www.ovf.de/linienverkehr/fahrplaene/fahrplan-oberfranken/ All in pdf-format, so you can print them.
