| Several (5-6) of us from the Metro-Atlanta area are planning a road trip to Bamberg in September'07. When do the annual bierfests begin and any planning tips would be appreciated; recommendations on lodging, etc. I have been to Bamberg one time thanks to Fred W who provided great insight. Looking forward to the next adventure since I continue to talk it up to the others making the journey....ahhh, I can smell the rauchbier already!! |
