Brauerei Sippel in Baunach ?

Brauerei Sippel is one ofmy personal favorites. They only have the one beer, their Vollbier, but it is terrific. I am biased, I lived in Reckendorf in the 1980's. A trip through Breitengussbach, Baunach, to the two breweries in Reckendorf is a good afternoon on a bike or by train, especially if you have been to Bamberg before.
