A weekend at the Sandkerwa in Bamberg

I don't know if the rule should be don't go to Bamberg after JezzaP has been there or just after Sandkerwa, but it seems like half the breweries my Dad and I have ridden our bikes to are closed. I think JezzaP drank them dry :) Even Spezial is closed -- opens tomorrow (Tuesday). I can say its the only time I've been in Bamberg and haven't been to Spezial in the first week :)
